Data License Agreement

RateMap aggregates publicly available funding rate data from third-party exchanges. This data is provided for informational purposes under a limited, non-exclusive license.

Subscribers may use RateMap data for personal analysis, internal research, and algorithmic strategy development. Redistribution, resale, or sublicensing of raw data to third parties is prohibited without written consent from Reylith.

API access is granted per subscription tier. Enterprise subscribers receive dedicated rate limits and private endpoints under a 99.9% uptime SLA. Rate limits and endpoint availability may change with 30 days notice.

You may not scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract data beyond your plan limits. You may not use RateMap data to build a competing data product or service.

Data is provided as-is. RateMap makes no guarantees of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for trading decisions. Use of this data for live trading is at your own risk.

By accessing the RateMap API or downloading data exports, you agree to the terms of this Data License Agreement. Enterprise customers must countersign a separate Master Data Agreement upon onboarding.
