We may collect information you provide directly, including your email address and wallet address, as well as usage data generated when you access the RateMap interface, API, or related features.

Usage data may include page views, feature interactions, device and browser metadata, log events, and similar operational telemetry needed to run and secure the service.

RateMap does not perform KYC or identity verification for standard access to the service.

Subscription payments are processed on-chain, and blockchain transaction data is public by design. Wallet addresses, transaction hashes, payment timestamps, and related transfer metadata may therefore be visible on the relevant network.

We retain collected information only for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Some market and exchange data displayed by RateMap is sourced from third-party exchange APIs and related infrastructure providers. We rely on those sources for aggregation and presentation, and their availability or accuracy may change without notice.
