RateMap is a data aggregation and analytics tool for market information. It provides dashboards, tables, alerts, and related utilities for informational use only and does not provide investment advice.

Paid subscriptions may be purchased using USDC or USDT through supported on-chain payment methods.

All on-chain payments are final. Unless required by applicable law, subscription payments are non-refundable.

API access is subject to the limits, quotas, rate controls, and authentication requirements associated with the relevant plan. You may not bypass, scrape around, resell, or overload the API, or use it in a way that degrades service for others.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RateMap is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim liability for losses arising from market movements, delayed data, failed integrations, network issues, user errors, or reliance on the service for trading decisions.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Reylith operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
